We provide local removal, delivery, and cleanout services across Melbourne South East, Mornington Peninsula, and Bass Coast. We always aim to handle your items with care and deliver great service on time.

2. Booking & Quotes

Quotes are free and valid for 7 days. Please make sure to provide accurate information about the job — this helps us give you a fair and correct price.

3. Cancellations

We understand things can change! Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made later than that may incur a small fee to cover travel or scheduling costs.

4. Damages & Liability

We take care with every job, but in rare cases where damage occurs, we’ll work with you fairly to resolve the issue. Gilbert Handy Truck isn’t responsible for pre-existing damage or items packed improperly by customers.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other methods as arranged at booking.

6. Fair Use

Our trucks and team are here to help with domestic and small business removals. Please don’t ask us to transport prohibited or hazardous items — safety always comes first.
